Please provide your email address. The address must be valid and must be one that you check regularly. This address will be used to identify you to the Service Scouts system. During the course of completing your registration, you will be asked to provide your correct Social Security number as required by the IRS. Submitting an incorrect Social Security number could delay or prevent any payments to you as well as not be accepted at registration. Before being assigned to your first shop, you will need to complete a W9 (I9 in Nevada), as well. Instructions for completing and submitting that form will be provided when your registration is approved. Neither email addresses nor any other information about you will be shared with any third party without your express permission.
